AWARD WIN FOR WORTLEY ARMS

 The Wortley Arms, beat off stiff competition from some of Sheffield's best new restaurants to walk away with the top prize. The prestigious awards were judged by readers of Westside magazine and a selected panel of judges who recognised the pub for its exceptional food and passion for quality that set it apart from others.
Built in the 17th century The Wortley Arms has been a familiar face to local residents for hundreds of years. Following extensive refurbishment it has been transformed into a haven for good food lovers who come from miles around to enjoy a great meal in friendly and comfortable surroundings.
Speaking of the award win owner Andy Gabbitas said: "We are absolutely thrilled to have won the Best Newcomer award. Every effort is made to ensure that all customers have a great dining experience when they visit us and we are delighted to have been recognised in this way.
