MONTAGU'S RECEIVES ACCOLADE FOR FINE DINING
|
 The fine dining restaurant, on the first floor of The Wortley Arms has been recognised by the AA for its outstanding service and high standard of fine dining.
AA inspectors annually award Rosettes to restaurants for the quality of their food. Restaurants awarded with two rosettes are regarded as the best local restaurants, offering higher standards and better consistency. Greater precision is apparent in the cooking, and there is obvious attention to the quality and selection of ingredients.
Earlier this year the pub and restaurant also won the award for "Best Newcomer" in the Westside restaurant awards, was recognised with a commendation for "Dining pub of Yorkshire" in the prestigious Yorkshire Life awards and received a nomination from The Yorkshire Food Group for its commitment to using local produce.
Montagu's offers diners a delicious 4-course menu at only £40 per head, featuring dishes such as Olive Oil Poached Salmon with Liquorice & Fennel Volute and Assiette of Meadows Farm Lamb with Local Honey & Mature Golden Cross.
